• Ensure your contributions are helpful, relevant, and constructive. 
• Avoid derailing threads or spamming irrelevant content.

• Do not share personal information about yourself or others. 
• Respect members' privacy in all interactions. 
• If you encounter unsafe behavior, report it to a moderator immediately.

• Content should inform, support, or inspire — not advertise products or services. 
• Self-promotion is only allowed in designated threads or with moderator approval. 
• Excessive links, unrelated promotions, or repetitive posting may result in removal.

• Be patient with new members and help them feel welcome.

• Stay calm and respectful during disagreements.

• Use clear titles and structure posts for easy reading.

Violations may result in:

• Temporary suspension 
• Permanent removal from EFC 

Consequences are applied at the moderators' discretion to maintain a safe community.

• Every member is responsible for upholding the Code of Conduct. 
• Lead by example, support fellow Crew members, and help EFC thrive.
