Our goal is to ensure every conflict is handled with respect, discretion, and fairness.
⚔️ Step 1: Stay Calm and Professional • Avoid heated public arguments.
• Pause before replying — let emotions settle.
• Respond privately or contact a moderator if needed.
🛑 Step 2: Seek Mediation If you can't resolve the issue privately, reach out to a
Moderator or
Coach.
They'll help mediate respectfully and fairly.
📨 Step 3: Reporting Violations Use the forum's
"Report" button or message a staff member directly.
Include:
• A clear description of the issue
• Links or screenshots if relevant
• Date/time if known
Reports are kept confidential, and retaliation is not tolerated.
🏁 Step 4: Trust the Process Moderators may issue warnings, temporary suspensions, or other actions per the
EFC Code of Conduct.
The goal is not punishment — it's preserving a positive space for all Crew members. 💜
